Opportunity for Construction Administrator role

We have an exciting opening for a dynamic, organised and efficient individual to fulfill a demanding administrator role.

This involves full involvement with active and upcoming projects, supporting our contract managers and project delivery teams with planning, organising and delivering our projects to the clients satisfaction.

Practically and by way of example, this means you would be responsible for things such as:

  • H&S Planning, Risk Assessments, Method Statements
  • Sub-Contractor vetting and approval
  • Issuing Contracts
  • Maintaining Schedule of Work documents with revisions
  • Project reporting and costings

 

It is an exciting and flexible role.  You will need to be in the office for at least 3 hours a day, but if you need to work from home at times, or change your start and finish, providing you have access to the cloud and are contactable by phone and email, you could make this successful.  Salary is negotiable depending on what you can offer, but we always reward well.
